On September 30, an important cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Poytaxt Bank. According to this agreement, Poytaxt Bank will begin offering mortgage loans to the country's citizens.
The parties agreed to collaborate in areas such as improving the living standards of the population, expanding opportunities for housing acquisition through mortgage loans, and ensuring the market with financial resources. To achieve this, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan will develop mechanisms to attract additional funds from the state budget.
This cooperation is a significant step towards the development of the mortgage market and creating more favorable conditions for citizens when purchasing housing.
