The Director of the Legal Department carries out the management and control of the following activities:
- supervises the work on the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Department;
- participates in the development and implementation of the bank's goals and development strategy related to the Department;
- prepares documents for consideration of issues related to the conclusion of contracts for the Department's activities;
- plans and forms the structure of the Department;
- together with the Personnel Department, organizes professional development of the Department's staff;
- Participates in the development of the bank's internal rules on the Department's activities, the development of internal procedures, regulations and methodological recommendations jointly with other structural units.;
- provides technical training sessions with Department staff;
- performs other tasks and orders given by the bank's management;
- ensures the fulfillment of current and future tasks included in the work plan;
- performs the tasks and functions assigned to the Department;
- gives instructions to the Department's staff and monitors their implementation.
