On November 11th of this year, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Poytaxt Bank and Tashkent State University of Economics. This memorandum aims to develop bilateral partnership and strengthen long-term collaboration in training young professionals in the financial sector.
Based on this Memorandum, the parties agreed to implement a series of pressing tasks. The initial goals include promoting new innovative projects, preparing young specialists, and supporting the creation of new job opportunities for them. The project envisages creating conditions for university graduates to undergo internships at Poytaxt Bank branches, developing qualification requirements, and educational plans for training specialists in banking and finance. This will enhance the relevance of the educational programs and ensure the training of professionals adapted to market demands.
This Memorandum serves to strengthen the cooperation of Uzbekistan in the economic, financial, and educational fields, the preparation of young professionals, and the development of the country’s financial ecosystem.
