A “Team Building” event was held for the employees of “Poytaxt Bank” at the “Humson Buloq” recreational area.

To make employees’ weekends meaningful and enhance team spirit, a “Team Building” event was held for the employees of “Poytaxt Bank” at the “Humson Buloq” recreational area. The event gathered 80 bank employees, with a special focus on strengthening collaboration and mutual understanding within the team through various activities.

During the event, intellectual games, horse riding, and sports competitions such as volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, and table tennis were organized. These activities aimed to develop teamwork skills and foster a friendly environment among the employees.

 Additionally, employees who achieved exceptional results in their professional activities were recognized during the event. This initiative helps strengthen the corporate culture of “Poytaxt Bank,” improve relationships among employees, and further increase work efficiency.
