"Asia Express" money transfer system was developed by the first joint Uzbek-Russian bank – Joint Stock Commercial Bank ‘Asia-Invest Bank’ (Closed Joint Stock Company), established in 1996 in Russia.

"Asia Express" money transfer system was developed by Asia-Invest Bank in 2006, which provides for money transfers of individuals without opening an account.
"Asia Express" money transfers are:
- Transfers to more than 13 countries of the near and far abroad, over 30 thousand service points.
- High transfer speed – a few seconds.
- Favorable commission – 2.00% of a transfer in USD and 1.25% of a transfer in Russian rubles.
- Money transfers are made in US dollars. Money transfers in Russian rubles are available within Russia and to some CIS countries.

- Sent transfers can be received through the points of System-Partners (Leader, UNIStream, CyberPlat, Caspian Money Transfer, Intel Express, etc.) in the RF.
- Transfers through a network of terminals
To send an “Asia Express” money transfer, the SENDER should:
- Show the operator an identity document (passport, driver's license, documents issued by internal affairs bodies, etc.);
- Inform the operator about the country of transfer direction. The transfer can be received at any point of the “Asia Express” System;
- Inform the full name of the recipient of the transfer;
- Pay the amount of transfer and commission fee in accordance with the tariffs of the “Asia Express” System;
- Sign the application for sending the transfer issued by the operator of the “Asia Express” System;
- Receive an application form with the transfer control number (TCN) from the operator;
- Inform the recipient of the transfer control number (TCN), transfer amount, and, if necessary, the address of the nearest point of the “Asia Express” System where they can receive the transfer.
Return of transfer
Unpaid transfer can be returned to the SENDER at his/her request or in case the transfer is unclaimed by the RECIPIENT.
To do this, the SENDER needs to:
- Go to the “Asia Express” point from which he/she sent the transfer;
- Show passport or other identification document;
- Provide the control number (code) of the transfer.

Payout
To receive “Asia Express” money transfer in the Bank-Member of the System, the RECIPIENT should:
- Show the operator an identity document (passport, document issued by the internal affairs authorities, etc.);
- Inform the operator: transfer control number (TCN), transfer amount, sender's full name;
- Sign the application for transfer issuance issued by the System operator.
Limitation of transfer
Residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan have the right to transfer abroad an amount not exceeding USD 5,000 per day. When sending more than UZS 100,000,000 per year, data on transfers are transferred to the tax authorities at the place of residence of the resident. Non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan have the right to transfer abroad any amount, upon submission of a document drawn up by the customs authority confirming the entry of cash foreign currency from abroad and the relevant certificate of the authorized bank confirming the issuance of foreign currency funds from the account earlier.
Return of transfer or receipt of unclaimed transfer:
The SENDER may return a transfer in the case of:
- If you sent money through the Asia Express System
- The transfer was not claimed or you changed your mind
The SENDER should report this at the point where the transfer was made. The commission for execution of the money transfer is not refundable.
From the amount of transfer:
- Domestic transfers via Asia Express System - 1.5%, not less than 1 USD/EUR;
- Between “Asia Express” and “MOPS” Systems - 1.5%, not less than 1 USD/EUR;
- Between Asia Express Systems - 1.5%, not less than 1 USD/EUR.
